How to order
Select the number of items you want to order by entering it in the field next to the “Add to cart” button and then click on the “Add to card” button. You can view your shopping cart by clicking on the “checkout” button on the upper right. Your cart does not have to be ready at this point, and you can continue shopping in our online shop after viewing the cart.
Prices and quantities
The prices are presented for each product per one item. Prices include 24% value-added tax. The weight and quantity of the product are given in the product description.
We will ship the products within an average of 1-3 business days after you have placed an order. We work on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Public holidays and other exceptional days may extend our delivery times.
Placing an order
Once you have added all items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and want to proceed with your order, press the “Proceed to checkout” button. At checkout, you can see the products you have collected in the shopping cart and the price breakdown. Select your preferred payment and delivery method and click “Continue”. Enter your contact information in the fields provided. Information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. Check that the information you have entered is correct. If you have any special wishes and other considerations regarding your order, please enter them in the “Order notes” section. After this, press “Continue” to see a summary of your order and confirm the order if all information is correct. After you have confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Remember to check that you have entered your email address correctly! If you have not received an order confirmation, this is usually due to a misspelt email address or the order has not been registered correctly in the online shop for some reason (for example, the customer has not returned to the online shop after a payment using Paytrail).
Changing your order

There is not enough of a product/a product is missing from the online shop
Our entire inventory is not included in our online shop, so the actual availability of a given product may be higher than indicated in our online shop. If the quantity you are trying to order is higher than the amount of the product entered into our online shop system, the shop will notify you of this. In this case, you should contact us and ask whether we have more of the product in stock. Moreover, not all of our products are included in our online shop, and you can also inquire about such products by contacting us directly by phone or email.
