Purpose of the processing of personal data
The data file is only used for maintaining the customer relationship between Pirtin Kehräämö and the customer.

Data content of the file
Basic customer information: customer number, last name, first name, postal address, postal code, city, phone number, mobile phone number, email address, order history and delivery tracking information.

Regular data sources
The contact information is saved when the customer confirms the order. Other information is saved when the customer makes purchases online.

Regular disclosure and transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The register administrator does not disclose the data to third parties.

Principles for the protection of the register
The controller’s information system and files are protected by technical protection methods regularly in use. To access the system, users must enter their user name and password. The ID and password are only granted to the controller's members of staff whose position and tasks require said access rights. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means.
