Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges
Under Finland’s Consumer Protection Act, products purchased from e-retailers are subject to a 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt of the order. In order to exercise this right, you must submit a notification of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period (section 6:14 of the Consumer Protection Act) The cancellation must always be notified in advance, preferably in writing, by email or letter.
Note: Not picking up a parcel is not the same as returning a product/cancelling your order.
Exchanging goods
Our products are subject to a 14-day exchange right, which means that you can return unused/unopened and marketable products once within 14 days. We will send new products to replace these items. When exchanging products, we will send the new product to the customer after we have received the goods to be exchanged. The customer will pay any delivery costs resulting from the exchange.
Returning goods
If you only return fault-free products, you must do so at your own expense. The returned item must be in unopened packaging, unused, in the original packaging with any labelling intact. Once we have received the returned product(s), the order payment will be returned directly to your account, so please provide your bank account number for the returned amount.
Incorrect/damaged delivery/product
If the product received in the shipment is different from the one you ordered or has been damaged, or if products are missing, please notify us immediately by email at kehraamo@pirtinkehraamo.fi or by phone at +358 (0)106173030. If the order contains incorrect or defective products, or if products are missing, we will ship replacements at no additional cost to you.
